Musical Theatre
Overview
- Students will learn different styles of dance, including ballet, tap, jazz & creative movement.
- Students will learn how to safely and appropriately warm up their voices, and how to sing different genres of music.
- Students will learn how to use their imagination to create characters and perform with the audience in mind.
Fall 2025 Semester
- August 18th – December 12th

- 17 classes
Class length is based on age and experience:
Musical Theatre Beginner (preK-Kinder) – 1 hour
Musical Theatre I (1st-3rd grade) – 1.5 hours
Musical Theatre II (1st-3rd grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre I, II, III (4th-6th grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre I, II (7th-8th grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre HS (9th-12th grade) – 2 hours
Performance: Students will perform a song and dance routine at the fall semester showcase on Saturday, December 13th.
For fall, a total of 5 monthly payments will be collected (August-December).
Spring 2026 Semester
- January 12th – May 15th
- dependent on class length
- 17 classes
Class length is based on age and experience:
Musical Theatre Beginner (preK-Kinder) – 1 hour
Musical Theatre I (1st-3rd grade) – 1.5 hours
Musical Theatre II (1st-3rd grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre I, II, III (4th-6th grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre I, II (7th-8th grade) – 2 hours
Musical Theatre HS (9th-12th grade) – 2 hours
Performance: Students will perform a song, dance and scene in the spring semester production on Saturday, May 16th.
For spring, a total of 5 monthly payments will be collected (January-May).
Requirements
- Musical Theatre Beginner Students are required to have ballet & tap shoes.
- Students in Musical Theatre I, II, III are required to have ballet, tap and black jazz shoes.
- Dress Code: students are asked to wear clothes they can comfortably move in; please no jeans.
- Parents will be required to sign a Release of Liability Waiver.
- Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice in writing.
